“Some days we focus on simple introductions and welcome people who would like to get a little bit fitter. .

We have had clients ranging from age 12 to 78, men, woman and children, its pretty broad.

Yoga can be a great way of returning to fitness if you have had an injury or some time out. It is low impact, easy on the joints and is a very accessible way to exercise.”DSCF6839.JPG
