Whilst undergoing this programme, it has assisted HOW to strengthen its Missions, Values and Visions, Aster Inc has helped by hosting a series of workshops and sessions that has enabled us to look at all areas of our business, how we can develop and have been encouraged to assess our ethics so we can grow organically alongside our communities and find our place with what we have to offer.
One of the aims and goals of the incubator program is to develop a pilot project for the Aster clients and, in March, HOW will be visiting Wells to host a selection of creative workshops in aid to show how creativity incorporated into the every day lives of the people who network within our communities, can help lift social engagement too tackle social isolation, help people put into practice skills and generally connect with each other.
