The COMBAT SAD Crew were blessed with the company of Emma from Do Yoga.
Funded by Big Worle, COMBAT SAD is in its third year of being facilitated by community artist and HOW CIC Director; Bev g Star.

Emma hosted a gentle talk about the origins of yoga and guided the group through some grounding breathing techniques.

The group also explored some gentle seated Yoga that can help us relax and use in our everyday lives.
The aims and goals of these sessions are to create coping mechanisms and skills that enhance our quality of life.

We are thankful that we can encourage people to be the best version of themselves and we are full of gratitude to be working with the community.
