For the last 9 weeks, a group has been attending the Creative Discovery course to focus on developing skills that they can put into practice and make art.
The course is being hosted by community artist; Bev g Star and community worker Sid Howlett at Weston Artspace.
The clients have explored: Mandalas, clay, mixed media, water colours, canvas painting and more, alongside, framing and hanging thier work for exhibiting.
The group, that has been funded by North Somerset Community Learning, got together to set up thier exhibit ready for the final display on March 22nd 2022.
People have been discovering skills that they didn’t know they had and nurturing those skills to grow.
